NOVA MOLD and PLASTICS

Established in 1992 for the production of plastic injection molds and plastic parts at its facility of 17,000 m2 closed area and 26,500 m2 total area at the Organized Industrial District of Eskisehir. Our company still continue working with leading industrial companies in white goods, automotive, sanitary, packaging, medical, aviation and electronics industries. We have an additional mold production facility located in Istanbul.

Our services;

  • Plastic injection mold production, modification and repairs (Max. 5 tons)
  • Thermoplastic part production ranging from 50-700 tons and 0,5 - 2500 gr. with 49 European injection machines.
  • Plastic wet painting applications (glossy, matte, soft touch)
  • Silk screening, pad printing and hot pad printing, ink-jet coding, ultrasonic welding applications
  • Assembly, precise fluid metering applications
  • Precision machining
