As Nova Mould and Plastics, we believe that customer satisfaction can just be with the production of high quality-low cost products. Therefore, our product design and development activities in our R&D department have been arranged in a structure to answer customer expectations in the best way.
Our marketing department collects technical data and samples from our customers and market researchers, and the feasibility of launching projects are analyzed in our R&D Department. For feasible projects, technical drawings and CAD models are prepared and transferred to prototype production shop. All design and development steps are controlled by R&D engineers and technicians.
After CAD models are prepared, CAM programs are created in order to manufacture the prototype tools.

Prototype parts are produced with the help of prototype tools. The prototype parts are tested and measured according to the customer needs and requirements.
We have two mouldshops in our company. First one is located in Istanbul and the second one is located in Eskisehir within our factory. There are 5 main activities performed in our mouldshops. These are;
First, the jobs orders to be done are planned by Project Management tools by the moldshop since this is a crucial element for the scheduling and planning of the projects. Then, these jobs are designed by our design team using CAD softwares such as CATIA and SOLIDWORKS. Upon the design approval by the customer, the parts are then manufactured and constructed in our mouldshop by our expert workers using CIMATRON and ESPRIT CAM softwares, and high-tech CNC machines. CNC Machining Centers, RAM EDM and CNC Wire Cut EDM machines, as well as conventional machinery such as milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders are used for these productions.
The production progress is daily recorded and monitored for flawlessly reaching deadlines for the projects.

By the use of 49 PLC controlled Engel, Arburg, Battenfeld and Haitian plastic injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging between 50 to 700 tons, we are capable of producing plastic parts weighing from 0,5 to 2500 grams with very close tolerances and perfect surface finishes. Our injection machines are highly automated with the use of pneumatic robots, conveyors, volumetric dosing units, central material conveying and drying systems and beside the press granulators.
In our modern production facility, technical parts are produced by using engineering polymers of high-tech content.
Production of delicate and complicated plastic parts are performed by stages starting from the design of parts, followed by plastic injection moulding and quality control which is valid for each stage.

In our wet painting department, we apply wet painting on all of the plastic injection moulded parts that we produce in-house according to customer surface, color, appearance, and gloss specifications. Painting is conducted in a foreign particle free clean room specially constructed for this application.
