QUALITY POLICY

As Nova Mold and Plastics. , we place great importance on quality management in order to meet the demands of our local and international customers at the highest level.

To achieve this goal, we implemented the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system in our company as of 2005. Our quality management system certification was carried out by TÜV.

Our company holds PSCR and VDA 6.3 competencies and has successfully completed all VDA 6.3 process audits conducted by our customers.

We embrace the principle of total quality management in our company, which manufactures plastic injection parts and assembled products.

        In this context;

• We focus our quality system and all our operations on our customers’ requirements and satisfaction. In this regard, we work to support the development of our employees and suppliers.
• We commit to ensuring that our Quality Management System is allocated and updated in a manner that meets the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System and the specific customer requirements.
• We ensure the participation and training of all our employees in the system to continuously improve quality.
• To compete at an international level, we embrace the principle of continuous improvement in our quality management system and all our activities.
• We deliver the products we manufacture at competitive prices, in line with the quality, requirements, and specifications defined by our customers, on time and in the requested quantities.
• We ensure that the products and services produced by our employees are manufactured right the first time and with zero defects, and we make sure that customer quality requirements and specifications are known and kept up to date by all employees.
• We consider our suppliers as an integral part of our system and as our business partners.
