Mold Manufacturing

Our company has two molding shops, one in Istanbul and one in Eskişehir. The work done in our molding shops is generally grouped into 5 categories.

• Prototype mold manufacturing
• New mold manufacturing (Maximum 5 tons and 1060*600*600 mm dimensions)
• Mold repair and renovation
• Fixture manufacturing
• Precision machining

First, the design of the work to be done is prepared by our design team in CAD environment (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS). The prepared mold data is analyzed and evaluated using the SOLIDWORKS PLASTICS PREMIUM simulation program. After the analyzed designs are sent to the customer and the design approval is received from the customer, the parts are processed with high-tech CNC machines used by our experienced staff using CAM programs (CIMATRON, ESPRIT). These operations are carried out in CNC Machining Centers, Plunge Erosion Machines, Milling Machines, Lathes, Surface Grinding and CNC Wire EDM Machines in our factory.

Project Management plays an important role in the planning and programming of projects in our production process. The stages of the projects are recorded and observed on a daily basis in order to ensure perfect compliance with the deadlines.
