R&D CENTER

As Nova Mold and Plastics, we believe that customer satisfaction is only possible by producing quality and economical products. For this reason, our R&D Center, which was approved by the Ministry in 2018, and our product design and development activities are organized in a structure that will best meet customer demands.

Technical data and samples from our customers or market research conducted by the marketing department are analyzed in our R&D department. Technical drawings and CAD models of the projects deemed appropriate as a result of the analysis are prepared and transferred to prototype production. All our design and prototype production work is under the control of our engineers and technicians in our R&D department.

These created CAD data are converted into a CAM program for prototype mold production with CNC-controlled machines.

CAD/CAM and Simulation programs used by our company:

• CAD: CATIA, SOLIDWORKS
• CAM: CIMATRON, ESPRIT
• SIMULATION: SOLIDWORKS PLASTICS PREMIUM

Apart from these programs, it is possible to work on other programs in line with customer requests.

In addition, with the help of SLA 3D printerandFDM 3D printer in our company, we have the ability to obtain prototype products without producing a prototype mold.

Prototype products are produced with prototype molds produced using these data and programs, and these prototype products are subjected to the necessary tests and measurements in line with customer requests and needs.
